To resolve some intermittent issues with the Fax Agent, we will need to do a restart of the Fax Agent service at the end of business today. During this period no faxes will be able to be received via ImageNow. Senders who attempt to send a fax during this period will receive an error back on their end, indicating that they need to resend the fax. The maintenance should take less than 15 minutes to complete. All other ImageNow services will be unaffected.
