An improperly configured connection profile can lead to network errors when trying to sign into the ImageNow Client. Use the following steps to set up your connection profile for ImageNow:
- From the ImageNow sign in window, click on Connection Profiles > Edit Connection Profiles
- On the next screen, if there is a profile listed, make sure it is highlighted and click Modify...
On the connection profile window, make sure your settings match the image below:
- If there is not a profile listed, click on Create... instead
Click OK until back at the sign in window and attempt to log into ImageNow again
- Server ID: imagenow.unet.maine.edu
- Port Number: 5000
