How to Remove Trusted Site Certificate Permissions

If you have previously checked off the option to "Always trust content from this publisher" for the WebNow/eForms certificate, and would like to revoke this access, follow the directions below. The embedded video at the bottom of the page will also walk you through the process for Windows based PCs.
  • Navigate to Control Panel > Java
  • Click on the Security tab
  • Click on Certificates
  • Make sure the Certificate Type is set to Trusted Certificates and the User tab is selected
  • Click and highlight the Perceptive Software certificate
  • Click on Remove
  • On the confirmation window, click OK
  • Click Close and OK and close out of the Control Panel
Mac Users: The above directions also apply to you, with the exception that the Java console can be found by navigating to Apple Menu > System Preferences > Java
