NOTE: These directions only apply to ImageNow Client installations with an installer version prior to Patch Build 3543. Using the currently available client corrects the ImageNow Printer capture issues listed below. The current client can be found on the Downloads page.
When installing the ImageNow 6.7 client, the ImageNow Printer defaults to the color capture settings. This setting will cause multiple issues, including the inability to annotate documents captured this way. Please follow the steps outlined in the presentation below to get the ImageNow Printer properly configured.
